I bought this as a gift for someone that works all day standing up and needed some comfortable and durable shoes. While only wearing them for about a week it looks the sole on the heel is already starting to separate from the boot. I usually can say all the stuff I purchase on Amazon are great but I am truly disappointed in these boots. Especially since they were a gift.

Very comfortable from day one. No break in required to feel comfortable. I usually wear 15D but in this case went with 14D. The first pair was way to big. Amazon was great to deal with. The smaller pair was delivered in 2 days. No hassle at all! I think these run a bit wide and large. I feel that the are a bit wider than a normal d width. Can't speak about durability since they are 1week old. I think I will really enjoy them. They seem like a quality boot....nice leather, nice sole etc.

I work in the ER and am on my feet at least 9+ of the 12 hours I work. Sometimes the entire time. I was skeptical buying these, being they're about half the price of most NB shoes. These things are AMAZING! So freaking comfortable. I'm also overweight and have big feet (13 2E) and these feel like clouds.

I even wear them on my days off, since my NB and Reebok Classics feel like wood planks compared to these.

The only thing I don't like about them is the laces. This has been mentioned before. The laces that come with it are ridiculously long. Even tied and double knotted I still have giant 10 inch loops. I have to tuck them into my bottom laces so I don't trip over them. So I would recommend buying a set of normal length laces. Other than that, I'm buying another pair as we speak!
