First pair had scratches all over and excess glue/finishes along the sole.

Second replacement pair looked even worse with a small blotch that looked either burned or something im not sure.
This one looked even worse in terms of color fade/scratches and even looked to an extend abused.

I'm tired of doing returns and fussing over defectives that should be brand new on purchase.

I bought the 12 and they are a little small... I bought the 13 and they are a little big. Whichever size you are, you will want better inserts within a week.

Great Shoes!!! This is my 2nd pair, first in brown next this pair in black. I expected my feet to hurt the first day after wearing them for 8 hours at work but instead I was shocked that I had literally no pain and quite the opposite, they were tremendously comfortable from the moment I put them on. Would highly recommend, especially as a work shoe.

I bought these boots for work because of the waterproof feature it described, but I have to say that these boots are by FAR the BEST and MOST comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned and had the previlage to wear! I am extremely satisfied with the comfort of these boots and if I didn't know any better I would swear that I was wearing a comfortable pair of walking or running shoes.

I am extremely impressed with the comfort of these boots and would highly recommed these boots to anyone that is looking for comfort and warmth.

These are my go to comfortable shoes for walking to and from work. No problems from the first day on. Only issue is the insoles need to be fixed in, I use duck tape which seems to work well. When they are not good enough to be working shoes anymore I wear them in the garden etc. A pair will usually last a couple of years. I am on my 4th or 5th pair now.
